Pure Indulgence Facial

This complete facial treatment is the ultimate in pampering and relaxation. As well as a full facial treatment (including cleanse, tone, exfoliate, mask and acupressure massage) you will also receive a hand and foot massage and 30 minute back massage. All the products used are natural ingredients and leave you skin feeling refreshed and revitalised.

MONU Aromatic

This signature MONU facial includes a soothing massage to the face, neck and shoulders. MONU products are individually selected for the clients skin radiance. To finish, a complementary hand and arm massage is given.

MONU Essential Oil

This top of the range facial includes a specialised treatment Amopule and de-stressing scalp massage. A luxurious foot and leg massage is included to complete the treatment

MONU Active Collagen

This treatment has been designed to reduce the signs of aging using pure, freeze dried collagen. After one treatment the skin's ability to hold moisture can be improved by up to 75%. After an intensive course of treatments wrinkle depth can be reduced by 40%.

Aroma Wrap

Using a pre-blended oil to suit you or how you are feeling. The oil will be applied to the body in gentle flowing movements to put the body into a restful and calm position and wrap you into a cost cocoon of warmth to allow the oils to release slowly into your body. Whilst the oil is working its magic, a face and scalp massage will be given.

Massage

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is an ancient art using pure essential plant oils, which help the body to heal naturally and enhance well being. It is a truly 'Holistic Therapy', aiming to treat the whole person, taking into account their mind, body and spirit. Aromatherapy Massage is performed slowly to induce total relaxation and help bring about stress relief. energy channels within the body are worked upon using pressure points to help unlock and slowly disperse energy as well as relieving tension

Indian Head

This is a complete treatment based on old Ayuverdic techniques. Involving work on the upper back, neck, shoulders, scalp and face using a variety of massage movements to relieve accumulated tension, stimulate circulation and restore joint mobility. The Chakra energies are worked upon enabling the Chakra to become re-balanced, so that the recipient feels rejuvenated, energized, relaxed and more able to cope with everyday life. This can also aid the condition and health of the hair, particularly when combed with the use of natural oils.

Hot Stone

Using heated smooth volcanic stones, as extended tools of the massage therapists hands, this unusual healing massage will mesmerise you. The hear of the stones penetrates deep into the layers of your muscles and remaining stone are placed on energy points of the body, brining you to a level of deepest relaxation.

Remedial or Sports

This can be of superb help to athletes and people who exercise intensively. It lengthens and relaxes the muscles, ironing out unevenness so that future injuries can be avoided.

Swedish

Massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures to alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm and stress and to promote health and well being. Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is cancelled without giving at least 24 hours notice then a fee will occur of 50% of the booked in treatment.

We understand that people sometimes need to cancel due to other circumstances, however we require the notice in order to rearrange your visit and to inform our staff.

Spiritual Guidance

There are times for us all when we could use a little guidance, maybe to help us through the more challenging periods or situations that often occur during our life journey. We may also experience ties in our life when we feel a little lost, are lacking direction or simply need some answers. Our psychic and medium will be able to fill the gaps, help you to see the bigger picture or just a little nudge in a certain direction.

Reiki

Reiki, meaning universal life energy is an ancient natural healing technique, rediscovered over 100 years ago in Japan by Dr, Mikio Usui. Reiki works by the laying of hands, on the person to be healed. The Reiki energies begin flowing automatically, which accelerates the bodies own natural ability to heal, the Reiki energy will permeate to the hidden levels of a persons being where many illnesses originate. Reiki is a simple, non intrusive and extremely powerful process, whilst at the same time very relaxing. It is completely safe and natural way of treating disease and will complement and increase the effectiveness of most medication and treatment. The client remains fully clothed and the practitioners hands are lightly placed onto the body, the energy may be felt as a warm or tingling sensation.

Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing

This treatment uses the amazing energy of crystals to rebalance and re-energize our own energy system and will help to clear negative energy patterns. Whilst lying on a couch crystals will be placed on or around you according to your own individual needs and the specific healing that is required. Crystals can help with a number of conditions and situations such as stress relief, deep relaxation, improved self-confidence and coping with life changes and will ultimately help with your overall health. These sessions will run for approximately one hour and a brief profile will be taken on your first visit.

Bach Flower Remedies

Each of the 38 remedies discovered by Dr, Bach is directed at a particular characteristic or emotional state. To select the remedies you require to only think about the sort of person you are and the way you are feeling. After a consultation a selection is carefully prepared and mixed, tailored for your own needs.

Hopi Ear Candling

This is a wonderfully relaxing treatment and can help bring relief from sinusitis, headaches, snoring and excess earwax. This treatment includes a facial massage.

Teresa has been qualified and working in the holistic and fitness industry for over 10 years.

"I hold a great deal of passion for my work and i am devoted to helping and motivating people in achieving an increased level of physical, mental and spiritual fitness".

As well as providing a personal training service on a 1-2-1 basis Teresa teaches a variety of group fitness classes. During her career Teresa has also been working as a Reiki healer/teacher and a clairvoyant and is currently developing her skills as a medium. Teresa is available for private readings and as a qualified teacher offers training in many of these areas.

Hence meditation is a tool, which can be used in many ways and for many purposes. sessions will include; creative visualisation, guided meditations, short silent meditations and chanting, also positive affirmations.

Our Personal Trainer aims to re-educate clients about exercise and work with them to set and achieve desired goals. Each exercise program is totally personalised to meet the individuals needs, after taking everything about the person into account. Pilates
